These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the eligibility, participation, and acceptance of the Trade For Wealth Grant (“Grant”), presented by Boss Up Academy, owned and operated by Taneisha Haye (“we,” “us”). By submitting an application for the Trade For Wealth Grant, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.  Eligibility Requirements

1.1.  Only one application per person is allowed per grant selection period. Duplicate entries will not increase your chances of being selected. We will remove any duplicates to ensure fairness among all applicants.

1.2.  To be eligible, applicants must complete the entire application form. Incomplete submissions will not be entered for consideration.

1.3.  Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally able to operate a business or engage in trading activities within their jurisdiction.

1.4.  This grant is open to residents of the United States. Applicants outside the U.S. may be considered at Boss Up Academy’s sole discretion.

2.  Grant Details

2.1.  The Grant amount is $1,000, awarded as a single payment to the selected winner.

2.2.  The Grant will be delivered to the winner within 30 days of selection. Payment will be made via the method specified by the winner (PayPal, bank transfer, Zelle, etc.).

2.3.  The Grant is intended to support the winner’s financial education, trading tools, portfolio building, or related goals. Use of funds is at the winner’s discretion, though we encourage use aligned with the stated application purpose.

3.  Winner Selection and Requirements

3.1.  The winner will be selected based on criteria determined solely by Boss Up Academy and Coach Taneisha Haye. All decisions are final and binding.

3.2.  The winner must provide a testimonial video sharing their experience and how the Grant has impacted their journey toward financial freedom and wealth-building.

3.3.  By accepting the Grant, the winner grants Boss Up Academy permission to use their testimonial video for promotional purposes on the Boss Up Academy website and its social media platforms.

4.  Publicity and Marketing

4.1.  The winner agrees to allow Boss Up Academy to use their name, likeness, business name (if applicable), and testimonial in promotional materials related to the Grant.

4.2.  The testimonial may be edited or modified to suit marketing needs, but the content will remain true to the winner’s message.

5.  General Terms

5.1.  Boss Up Academy reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Grant at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, misconduct, or unforeseen circumstances.

5.2.  By applying, applicants confirm that all information submitted is accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation may result in immediate disqualification.

5.3.  The Grant is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash (beyond the awarded amount), other goods, or services.

5.4.  Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and subject to binding arbitration in Florida.

6.  Intellectual Property

6.1.  All content, materials, branding, and resources associated with Boss Up Academy, including but not limited to course content, trading systems, and educational resources, are the exclusive property of Boss Up Academy and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2.  Grant applicants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Boss Up Academy materials without prior written consent.

7.  Use of Services

7.1.  Grant participants agree to use any associated Boss Up Academy services and resources only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

7.2.  Participants may not use Boss Up Academy’s platforms in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of its services.

8.  Privacy

9.  Income & Trading Disclaimer

9.1.  Boss Up Academy provides trading education for informational purposes only. Nothing communicated through the grant, our website, or our programs constitutes financial or investment advice.

9.2.  Trading involves significant risk. Results shared by coaches or students are not typical. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The Grant is not a guarantee of income or trading success.

10.  Liability

10.1.  Boss Up Academy shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or liability resulting from the application process, acceptance, or use of the Grant.

10.2.  Applicants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boss Up Academy, its affiliates, employees, coaches, and representatives from any claims arising out of their participation in the Grant.

11.  Changes to Terms

11.1.  Boss Up Academy reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove any portion of these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued participation in the Grant after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12.  Agreement

By applying for the Trade For Wealth Grant, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
